“Work smarter not harder” is a motto Karlis lives. With his experimental approach to tasks he has found smarter ways and saved us time on several occasions. I got to know Karlis as an interested and interesting co-worker – a fast learner who loves to immerse himself in new subject matters. Perhaps a typical “generation Z” with a cheerful attitude “work should be fun”. Karlis independently supported end users and other administrators and was ready to “walk the extra mile” when required – e.g. by working long or unusual hours. Working with Karlis has been a pleasure and I can full-heartedly recommend him to any future employer.
